3. bananas, persimmons, grapes, avocados are not very suitable for the fasting days diet – sugar, fat and starch content of these products is too high.

4. season your meals with a pinch of spices, herbs, nuts (a few pieces), honey, agave nectar, stevia (1 tsp). They compensate for the absence of salt and sugar.

5. liquid food (such as yogurt), are recommended not to be drank, but eaten slowly with a spoon. This will enhance the satiety and prolong the pleasure.
